Stress Management

Stress Management measures our ability to handle pressure and select a suitable method of managing stress

There are certainly a large variety of inappropriate methods of handling stress which can aggravate the situation further.

One of the big problems of stress is that it is accumulative. Stress levels can build up over time with a final, sometimes minor incident, causing and adverse reaction.

It is important to both know the level of stress and how to cope with it
